Fulfillment Times:

We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 1-2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order is hand picked by one of amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and boxed then placed into shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.

During sales periods, please allow up to 4 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out of our warehouse. 
Please note, all orders with “priority processing” are fulfilled under 24 hours, therefore, may be unable to edit / cancel these orders. Please contact our customer service within one hour of placing the order so we can try to help rectify the issue for you. 

Shipping Times:

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 3 to 7 working days.

Others: 10-20 working days.

We ship worldwide. We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders, after all discounts applied, in selected countries.
COVID-19 Update
With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible. Please note that shipment to India has been temporarily SUSPENDED.
Please note that there are some restrictions as our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). Please be sure to put your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.
Some restrictions include:
  • For items on pre-order, we do not recommend using express shipping. Estimated dispatch dates are provided and delivery timeline will follow on what’s stated on the product page.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses if you are in the United States and choose Express Shipping; however, we can ship to a P.O. Box address if you choose Standard Shipping instead.
  • We cannot ship to any P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses if you are NOT in the United States for any types of shipping methods.
  • We can't ship to non-continental Europe, usually refer to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.
  • The shipping fee and shipping time might differ between contiguous United States and other Insular area (e.g., Puerto Rico).

Delayed Package:

We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost package to the best of our ability. 

In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from carrier will be subject to investigation and will be reshipped if confirmed the package was not delivered. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: service@comoft.com with your order number. 

Due to the current situation with lockdowns across the globe, orders may take an additional 7-10 business days to be delivered. We are working hard to get all your orders sent out as quickly as possible and we are deeply sorry that it's taking a little longer than usual.

Comoft will not be held responsible for parcels that are stolen, lost or delayed in transit.  

Customs Duties:

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Comoft cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
